All candidates must complete the Processing form and provide valid documents for identity and qualification verification.
A nominal counseling & profile verification fee is charged to assess candidate compatibility with Placement opportunities.
2. Counseling & Career Mapping
Every processing candidate receives a career counseling session to understand their skills, preferences, and opportunities.
Profile Mapping is done to connect the candidate with suitable openings.
3. Interview Scheduling
Based on profile match, interviews are scheduled directly with our verified companies.
Candidates are guided and supported throughout the interview process.
4. Placement Policy
Final job offer is subject to candidate performance and employer approval.
A placement support fee is charged only after successful Received salary.
5. Payment & Refunds
All payments must be made through official channels (UPI/Bank Transfer only).

6. Communication & Updates
Candidates are added to our WhatsApp Placement Group for daily job alerts.
Regular updates, training tips, and company leads are shared professionally.
7. Code of Conduct
Misrepresentation, fake documents, or abusive behavior will result in immediate disqualification without refund.
Respectful communication is expected at all times with HR executives and company staff.
